I believe that from an Indian perspective to look at thanksgiving in the past is pointless, because there is nothing but massacres and sorrow. One would have to look forward and see that living in America has given great potential to do or become something great such as a political leader or be wealthy among many other things. If one looks at thanksgiving in the past then they have no reason to give thanks, but one should look at the future and see all the potential America has given every culture....
